SHIPPING POLICY
All items are shipped within 3-5 business days with exception to items that are pre-ordered. Pre-order items will ship within the anticipated shipping window. Shipping prices are subject to change and arrival timeframe depends on which shipping carrier was chosen at the time of check out.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not accept returns or exchanges for our pet treats and chews as they are perishable. All sales are final. If product arrives damaged, we do offer refunds for the original price of the damaged product. Please provide receipt of purchase and photo evidence of the damaged product. Refunds are valid within 30 days of purchase.
